Search and Filter Jobs
Find specific jobs in your admin dashboard using search and status filters.
As your board grows, the jobs dashboard can hold hundreds or thousands of listings. Search and filters help you find specific jobs quickly for editing, reviewing, or cleanup.
On the public side, your board's job search is powered by AI. Candidates get semantic search (understanding intent, not just keywords), typo tolerance, and results ranked by relevance. This means a search for "frontend developer" also surfaces "React engineer" and "UI developer" roles. Cavuno handles this automatically with no configuration needed.
Search for a job
- Click Jobs in the sidebar
- Type in the search box labeled Search jobs by title or company
- Press Enter
Search matches job titles and company names. It supports partial matching, so typing "develop" finds "Developer," "Development," and "Full-Stack Development Lead." You need at least 3 characters to trigger a search.
Filter by status
Use the status filter to narrow the list to jobs in a specific state:
- Active: Published and not yet expired. These are the jobs currently visible on your public board.
- Draft: Created but not published. Includes jobs awaiting moderation or still being edited.
- Expired: Published but past their expiry date. No longer visible to candidates.
- All: Shows every job regardless of status. This is the default view.
Jobs table
The dashboard table shows five columns:
- Job: The title (click to open the edit form)
- Company: The employer name
- Location: Office location and remote option label
- Updated: When the listing was last modified
- Status: Active, Draft, or Expired
You can sort by any column by clicking the column header. Pagination controls at the bottom let you browse through large lists.
Row actions
Click the three-dot menu on any job row to access quick actions: Edit, View live job (opens the public listing in a new tab), Publish or Unpublish, Duplicate, and Delete. The "View live job" option is only available for published jobs.
