Billing Portal

View invoices, manage payment methods, and track billing history.

Access your billing details, invoices, and payment methods through the Stripe-hosted billing portal.

Open the billing portal

Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar. After subscribing to a plan, click Billing Portal to access your secure dashboard.

View invoices

All your past invoices are available in the portal with the following details:

  • Invoice date
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status
  • Download link for PDF

Download invoices

Click the Download button or PDF icon next to any invoice to save it for your records.

Update payment method

To change your credit card:

  1. Click Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Set as default if needed
  5. Remove your old card if desired

Update billing information

You can change your billing details directly in the portal:

  • Company name
  • Billing address
  • Tax ID (if applicable)

Handle payment issues

Failed payments

If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification. Log in to the billing portal, update your payment method, and the system will automatically retry the charge.

Payment disputes

For billing questions or disputes, check your invoices first, then contact support with specific invoice details and questions.

Receipts and taxes

All invoices serve as receipts. Download the PDFs for your records.

Your invoices may include your Tax ID if provided, tax amounts charged, and business name and address. Update your billing information if you need specific tax details on invoices.

Security

The billing portal is secured by Stripe and is PCI compliant. Your card details are never stored by Cavuno.
