Dashboard Overview

Navigate the admin dashboard: jobs, companies, analytics, and settings.

The dashboard is where you manage everything about your job board. The left sidebar organizes your tools into two sections: your day-to-day application tools and your board configuration settings.

At the top of the sidebar, Your job boards lists every board you manage. Click a board name to switch to it, or click Create a job board to start a new one.

Application

Home is your dashboard landing page. It shows current visitors, active job count, traffic trends over time, and your most-viewed content. For new boards, an onboarding checklist tracks your setup progress and shows spinning indicators while Cavuno's AI generates your theme, content, and backfill rules.

Jobs is where you manage all job postings. The list shows active, expired, pending, and draft jobs. From here you can add new jobs, edit existing ones, and moderate submissions if you've enabled job moderation.

Job alerts shows your subscriber list, alert delivery stats, and configuration options. Job alerts are one of your most important growth tools because they drive repeat traffic and build an email list you own. This item only appears if job alerts are enabled for your board.

Companies manages the employer profiles that appear on your board. Each company gets a public profile page showing their logo, description, and open positions. Strong company profiles build trust with candidates and give employers branded visibility.

Blog expands into sub-items for Posts, Authors, and Tags. A blog builds topical authority that helps your board rank in search engines, and gives you content to share in newsletters and on social media.

Some sidebar items are conditional. Candidates and Employers appear when those features are enabled in your board settings. Subscriptions appears when you have any active subscriptions (employer or candidate-access).

Settings

Board settings contains seven tabs for configuring your board: General (branding, contact info, feature toggles, and a link to the website builder), Domains (custom domains and redirects), Analytics (tracking pixels and Search Console), Monetization (Stripe, pricing plans, coupons, AdSense), Legal (terms, privacy policy, cookie policy), Backfill (import rules and company management), and Notifications.

Team members lets you invite collaborators and assign roles that control what each person can access.

Plan & billing shows your Cavuno subscription, invoices, and payment method.

Dashboard metrics

The Home page shows both real-time and historical data. The current visitors count updates live, showing how many people are on your board right now. Below that, a traffic trends chart plots daily visitors over your selected date range.

Use the date picker in the top right to filter by preset ranges (Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days) or set a custom range. The top content section highlights your most-viewed jobs and pages, which helps you understand what's attracting visitors.
